NOBA’s corporate governance practices take into consideration applicable regulations, corporate governance codes and NOBA values – acting responsibly towards customers, owners, the company and society at large, enabling healthy finances for more people. The Board of Directors has the overall responsibility for the governance and control of NOBA. The shareholders of NOBA exercise their rights at the general meetings, which is the supreme governing body of the company.
