Auditor

In connection with the Annual General Meeting 2025, Deloitte AB was re-elected as auditors for Noba Bank Group AB (publ) and its subsidiaries until the Annual General Meeting 2026. The auditors are responsible for reviewing the annual report, consolidated financial statements, and accounting, as well as the management by the Board of Directors and the CEO. The auditors report their observations on several occasions throughout the year and are present at the board meeting that addresses the financial statements. The auditors also maintain ongoing contact with the Audit and Risk Committee. Since the Annual General Meeting 2024, the Chief auditor has been the authorized public accountant Johan Stenbäck.
